Winny is a Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director with advanced clinical training and extensive experience in medical aesthetics. With a strong focus on patient safety, education and natural-looking results, she brings a thoughtful and evidence-informed approach to aesthetic medicine.
As Medical Director at ROE Medical Aesthetics, Winny works collaboratively with our clinical team to provide medical oversight and support safe, high-quality patient care. Her philosophy aligns closely with ROE’s commitment to enhancing each patient’s natural features while ensuring they feel informed and confident throughout their treatment journey
EMERSON
Emerson is a Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician with a genuine passion for skin health, aesthetics, and helping clients feel confident in their own skin. She completed her Medical Aesthetics training at the International Beauty Institute, where she specialized in advanced laser treatments and technologies. At ROE, Emerson provides laser treatments, microneedling, and advanced skincare, taking a thoughtful and personalized approach to each client’s individual concerns and goals. She loves building relationships with her clients and creating treatment plans that support healthy, glowing skin while enhancing their natural beauty.

With a background in public health and infection control, Julie approaches every treatment with precision, safety, and exceptional attention to detail.
Melanie is a Registered Nurse with a strong background in aesthetics, combining 5 years of experience in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics with her foundation as a professional makeup artist.
Her eye for detail and understanding of facial balance allow her to deliver soft, natural results that enhance—not change—your features. Melanie takes a thoughtful, conservative approach to aging, focusing on treatments that support long-term skin health and confidence.
Known for her warm, calming presence, she is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals.
CHRISTINE
Founder & Lead Injector at ROE Medical Aesthetics, Christine is a Registered Nurse with over 13 years as a RN, over 6 years in aesthetic medicine and a background in makeup artistry. Her passion lies in helping clients feel confident through natural, refined results that never look overdone.
Christine believes in a “less is more” approach—focusing on regenerative treatments, skin health, and enhancing what’s already there. She takes the time to educate her clients, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and confident in every step of their aesthetic journey.
